1. Email info@triplethreatlures.com to receive your return authorization. If item was defective or damaged in shipping we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is reponsible for return shipping costs.
2. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of deliver and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
3. To cancel an order, please contact info@triplethreatlures.com prior to order shipment and we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

Shipping with Hooks:
Treble hooks require extra packaging to prevent damage or injury and must ship in a box. We also protect the ends of each hook to insure they remain sharp and do not damage the tape on the lures.
