Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently items will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service or 'best way' depending on delivery location and requirements.  You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been sent out for delivery.  Ontario shipping is usually within 2-3 days.  For the rest of Canada and the US please allow 7 days for delivery.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Triple Threat Lures is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!  If you are unsatifsfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of ship date WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  No questions asked.  No restocking fees.

 

1.  Email info@triplethreatlures.com to receive your return authorization. If item was defective or damaged in shipping we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.  In all other cases, buyer is reponsible for return shipping costs. 

2.  If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of deliver and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

3.  To cancel an order, please contact info@triplethreatlures.com prior to order shipment and we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse. 

4. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
